Owner was extremely understanding, and very helpful after I files out ALL the paperwork on the kiosk...and it dropped the ball on me. She even honored the manager's special promo I had selected, AND helped accommodate my being able to access the unit via uhaul. Was even willing to rent me two units, for a decent price so that I would be able to access them. You guys are awesome!

Wish I could give it zero Stars. It's sad when you rent a storage unit but can never get into it because they cannot give you the correct gate code. Then their kiosk says management will call back 7 Days later they never called back. Had to wind up renting another storage unit so I could return the rental truck. Do not rent from this company
