Check-In was smooth, everybody is friendly…. Been on the dock for 1.5 hours so far, no signs of life. Have a good movie ready for when you get loaded here.

Checked in on Saturday at 8am given dock immediately. Unloaded in less than 45 minutes because I had a lot on the trailer. Friendly staff. Over night parking available. BCO with Rockford IL load

If this place could get a zero it would . I've been here since 11am and still can't get loaded . Worse customer service I've had in a while and as a Truck driver it really Sucks when your on a Schedule !!!

Pack your lunch you'll be here all day. Lady in the office is friendly . That's about all this place has to offer. Absolutely do not recommend coming here

The day shift are pleasant and have great attitudes, but one person on the night shift is rude to every person who walks in the door. I have spoken to several other drivers, and every one of them have complained about her negative attitude. She needs to work from home where the general public doesn't have to be exposed to such negativity.

Warehouse opens at 8am, got in there at 7am to check in. No one was there until 8:42am, finally got in door at 9:02. There is only 1 guy to check you in and same guy to load/unload you. DSV should consider hiring more people
