Told me that they would handle the closure of a previous account and lied about it dropping the ball It's been almost 6 months and I received the threatening letter that my benefits would cut as a result of them. I tried to call one of the other offices and the woman I just spoke to at the dispatch was nasty and even though I was calm hung up the phone on me and decided to argue with me and tell me that it was my fault despite the Perryville DHS dropping the ball. I'm now dealing with a critical emergency as a result of their behavior and they will never be held accountable. I will leave this so that people can make sure they are in fact held accountable for what they have done.

If the issue is not resolved today I may get the police involved this is becoming too much for me and their behavior is completely unacceptable. I thought everything was finalized and done and now I might lose my benefits because they lied to my face.

As they hide I am now on permanent hold. This is affecting my mental health as a disabled person and causing me extreme turmoil. I am in the process of reading my lawyer and close to 50 advocates for Autistic and physically disabled people. This behavior is unacceptable I trusted you all only to be dehumanized.

Normally don't have qn issue but called multiple times for foodstamp issues cuz i applied almost 4 months ago and no one can seem to get back with me on it why is the system like this can't actually get back to the ones that need the help?

EXCELLENT OFFICE. Very friendly staff that are also prompt on answering the phone and helping you with any questions or issues you may be facing. It's a shame the Saline County office can't follow the example of this outstanding office. From now on I will use this one. Thank-you all.

Idk if it's this office or the one in pine bluff but someone needs to fix the system or do the paperwork correctly. Cuz everytime I go in here for my Medicaid I get a different answer.

Most state service workers make you feel bad about needing help. I didn't feel that here. They showed respect and understanding.

This is by far the worst department of human services that exist! The cps ladies should be investigated for how they mislead the cases and the people that they lie to so they can legally steal kids!
