Skuasco is the best place to send international parcels and documents. I’ve spent much time trying to send packages to my family abroad and it’s so helpful to get estimates for DHL FedEx and UPS all in one place… and the prices seem to be cheaper. I really didn't want to do this, but I had no choice. Yesterday was one of the worst experiences I've encountered in a long time. I was calling different DHL shipping locations trying to find the cheapest price to ship documents internationally. This location was the 3rd. He insisted on calling me back to give me a quote. Missed his call back but he called back again. I advised him I was shopping around for DHL rates as I had never shipped anything internationally before. I specifically said DHL as this was a requirement for the embassy I was shipping documents to. He offered a price of $120 which I told him, Wow, that's much lower than what I've been quoted. He then advised I would need to arrive by 3:30pm or so for the shipment to go out and be received Monday the 4th. I drove to this location before needing to drive to Rocklin. After arriving, I found his office only for him to advise me he gave me a quote for UPS shipping (which I never even saw UPS as an option) AND after checking again the DHL rates, I was quoted $157 which was still below the quotes I received from other shippers, but then he advised his DHL system was down! WHAT! You literally had me come all the way down here for NOTHING! Wasted trip, wasted gas and precious wasted time. I ended up going to Carmichael Box Shop and taken care of with such precision and actually a lower price than originally quoted over the phone. I was really looking forward to contributing to his 5 star rating as I provide reviews all the time, but he seriously dropped the ball on this one and a lesson needs to be learned. Make sure you are advising your potential customers the correct information prior to them driving to your location for services. Unfortunately, I will never visit this location again nor will I refer anyone to this establishment.

The staff was so helpful and kind! Shipping was easy and the international package drop off took less than 4 days. The price is really cheap. It's the best DHL office. I really recommend it.
