USKO does not have a responsive broker in Klaipeda, LT. I had to pay €430 only to take my vehicle from the port of Klaipeda, because the broker was not responsive. I had to hire a separate declarant. USKO did not told me about these EXTRA fee.
Moreover, my vehicle arrived with cabin full of mold and odor, that is a health hazard. I had to pay for towing, cabin cleaning and ozone ionization in hope to defeat the mold and its odor. However, it did not help. Disgusting mold is showing back inside the cabin with its respective odor.
My only hope is to receive the full insurance coverage in order to replace damaged parts.

The worse company i’ve ever deal with. They promised that container will come in 1.5 months, but it arrived in 3 months. The arriving time was changing 4 times. When the container came, 3 of the 4 cars have been damage by stripes, and some plastic from 2 cars has been torn. Both fenders of one of the car has been damaged while they loaded up the container. I was really disappointed with the service they provided... :((

I wanted to say a big thanks for helping us getting our 2 vehicles and household goods into a 40ft container when we moved from Northern California to a port near Sochi. It arrived 1 week later than originally planned, but that was outside of your control. I know we were a pain in calling again and again before the big shipping day as it was all new to us. Everything arrived undamaged and nothing was wet inside. The rate couldn't be beat from competitors of which we called and emailed about 1/2 a dozen. Thank You again for all you do!!! It was a pleasure working with Paul in the office!

This is the worst company ever! They gave me a price and later said that they will not ship the item unless the price is increased. They do not stand on their word and the customer service is worse. Worst experience ever!

Horrible company , Vitaly hired us to pick up a machine from them and got to pick up ....loader wrecked machine tore up our trailer and he refused to pay for damages or our time after we drove 400 miles out of our way .....terrible service and will file on their bond for payment
