I pickup here form last 3 years . They always great 24/7 open come any time .. overnight parking available. If they are note busy . They take 30 min to load the truck.. if they only they take 2 hours. Best company

I don't know if I caught them on a bad day, but my experience wasn't really pleasant.
I was told by the broker it was FCGS and checked in at 5 pm, only to find out I had a 9pm appointment. Had to wait until the appointment to check in again and got loaded at 3:40 am.
No public restroom. Which isn't really a problem for me. When the shipper/receiver do that, I just use their property according to my needs because it just feels barbaric and disrespectful.
Staff was cool, and it seems that they don't mind drivers staying overnight.

Nice and cool people appointment was 11:30 am checked in 6:30 give me the door I’m recommending everyone to come here always they are so nice people have overnight parking

Excellent plwce to load, quick and efficient. Only reason not five stars is no bathroom for truckers and no place close enough to walk to while waiting.

I arrive at 9 a.m. for a live load pick up. Check in at door 16 shipping see pictures below. I was putting a door immediately and loaded in about 45 minutes. No public bathrooms Porta-Johns on site

A lot of reviews about how they take forever but mine was only an hour and a 1/2 pretty easy nice folks. Maybe it takes longer when you get loaded at a different sections? I got loaded out of doors 45 to 48 and it seemed fine.
