They make it so easy to rent, you do not have to jump through 100 hoops. The unit was clean and sealed well. They follow up to make sure everything went good. The only issue i have with our location is the front entrance has some pretty big pot holes, and the drive is all broken up, but once you get in the gate, there are no other issues with that.

Once I made a decision on the size unit I wanted and entered the reservation online, I was contacted within an hour to see if I had any questions and finalize my unit. The process was quick and easy and when I went to the unit the first time it was clean and swept out and move in ready.

I talked to the manager/owner. James Johnson was curious, polite, and very informative. He exceeded my expectations of a storage unit just wanting to state the available space and get it under contract. James talked about options, availability, made sure to tell me about the security of the area, and also let me know that he would clean the unit prior to me storing. I did not ask about those features. He stated them to me. He let me know that he will put rat traps as well. Amazing!!!!
