I am working on a drywall project and needed some more flexible corner bead to finish the project, which our local hardware store was out of and wouldn't have for a couple of weeks. Last evening, I found Hardware Supply on a Google search for this product and tried to order through Hardware Supply's online store. I filled out all information including credit card info and submitted the order but got a blank screen afterward; no confirmation at the website or email confirmation. Tried again with same results and wasn't sure if the order went through or not. First thing this morning I tried to call Hardware Supply regarding this order and was disappointed to hear that they DO NOT provide phone support and I would have to email them to receive support. I emailed them and still have not received a reply.

After researching the company a bit, I found they had several complaints on the BBB website and most complained about the lack of customer service, which is exactly the experience I was having with them. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Meanwhile, I am keeping an eye out on my bank account to make sure there was not charge from Hardware Supply in the event that the order did go through and will email them again to make sure this order is cancelled, even though it appears these emails will fall on deaf ears.

I would not recommend doing business with this company.
