I found the lady in the shipping department to be extraordinarily nice. Extremely busy...but as humanly nice as any human being could be expected in a warehouse environment.
This is a first come first serve facility for the most part. They do have scheduled breaks. So be patient if you get here at lunch.
But all you people talking about the mean lady, I can tell you most certainly, it's not the woman working here now.
