Been trying to get my ex to pay for his children for YEARS and now OVER $40,000 in rears .. they informed my caseworker since he’s on food stamps with whoever he’s shacked up with at the moment, and they would not enforce the case! So… FYI .. anyone that is on FOOD STAMPS OR ANY OTHER STATE ASSISTANCE … child support will NOT enforce you to pay for your case or reprimand you if you DON’T!!

Very rude staff, I pay them out of my child support for them to do their job and all I get is a run around. It seem if a father is 15000 dollars behind in child support they would do something, but due to many loops in the system they can get away with it...must be nice.
Every time I ask a question I get very different answers or no answer at all. If you have trouble with this office call Pinebluffs office and ask to talk to Paul Selby..He is awesome and very understanding..

Very rude office staff - actually complained said "they aren't supposed to take a weekly payment". Told me to mail it myself. Come on ladies I pay extra each year for the State of Arkansas to handle my payments - you could at least happily take a support payment especially since alot of non custodial parents don't even pay period!
