We have utilized Preferred Office Technologies for almost three years, so have a history with them and can provide a valid review based on our direct experience with their products, service and employees/representatives. Preferred Office Technologies have been an excellent partner in meeting our needs for copier equipment and copying and their service department is the best I've seen. Their sales reps. are friendly, knowledgeable and are NOT high pressure sales people. The service department is outstanding.
Anytime we have had the needs to call for service, they are very responsive, timely and correct the issue on the first visit. We've been extremely pleased overall with Preferred Office Technologies. They are affordable, service driven, customer focused and stay on top of new technologies to enhance business processes. We have taken the leap to begin Laserfiche technology to streamline our operations and their sales rep. has held our hand the entire way. We recommend them without hesitation.
