Every time I’ve had to get something set up through sparklight it never fails I get confirmations texted to me when tech will show up tech shows up at a different time and they don’t call like the lady says they will and they just leave it took me over a month to get my internet set up the first time now I get confirmation that tech will be at my house between 3:45 and 4:45 so I go home to wait for them they never show up and they say they showed up at 2 and never even called me it’s ridiculous this same thing has happened over and over I’ll have to take a whole day off of work just to get my WiFi set up and the people on the phone don’t care at all they say they’ll make sure they will call me to let me know they’re coming or they give me a time when they will be there and it never works out it’s taken weeks to get any help multiple times it’s ridiculous. WiFi works great when you actually get it though.

I love Sparklight! We had it in Piggott, AR. Their customer service is superb. They have a chat box if you don't want to talk on the phone as most people typically prefer texting nowadays. 😀 Payments can be made online very easily. When there are outages, they notify you and give you an estimate of how long it may take or at the very least that it is temporary. I didn't have many outages in my area. Great company, great Wi-Fi network.

Never had a problem going over when it was new wave here. Now that it's sparkling constantly going over data limits. Went with the "gamer/steamer" package. Not a suitable limit if you're an actual gamer/ steamer. Went over in no time. Even the turbo is questionable on limits.
