I had a great experience at the local DHS office in clay county. They were so nice and understanding. Help this dad get things straightened out with his sons medical needs. Went out of there way to help me. I don't know why anyone would put a negative review unless they were just being rude and pushy. I was nice and they were even nicer !!! Thanks so much ladies I very much appreciate you !!

Only because I can't leave a 0. They're lazy, rude, condescending, hateful, and purposely lose your paperwork no matter how many times you send it or drive 30mins to take it in. Every time I've went up there they are doing absolutely nothing but sitting at their desks talking to each other but when I call I'm waiting for a minimum of 20mins. Rn I've been waiting for 18. Incompetence at its finest. If you can't manage the ability to run a piece of paper through a scanner and press a button you need to find another job.

Nothing but rude women work here. Never had a nice interaction with them. Other then them being complete smartasses. The DHS of Arkansas is just awful all together. Never have I lived in a state that is a backwards and again completely rude as this
