somewhat confusing during nighttime, but easy pull ins, easy pull outs. decent roads, nothing too tight or bad.

backing is easy for docks 11-12, drop lot isn't tight, didnt see the other docks but those 2 weren't bad.

the drop lot is on the opposite side of the road from the mill you'll pull in there first, then go to the scales, park on scales, and go inside the scalehouse with your paperwork.

unload: 1800 arrival: 1755

was told all 3 docks are full, and 3 people are ahead of me. was given a "rough estimate" of 1 hour 30 minutes wait time.
I gave my phone number, and was able to bump a dock within 45 minutes of waiting, and got unloaded in about 45 minutes.

employees seemed respectful and nice, no issues there.

scale house guys are respectful, they can't control when you get in or out, they only have rough estimates. don't take out anything on them.

our best option here is to warn other drivers for the obvious time issue, if you don't like waiting, id advise avoiding this place.

because; other reviews also point to the excessive waiting times, but in my experience (on 01/08/2025 at 1800) it wasn't horrible.

I do wish the mill would be a bit more time sensitive, so you drivers out there take precaution to that. dont let that sneak up on you. otherwise decent place.

Drop yard pull in and get on scale to check in then wait in the yard for a door assignment across the road come back and scale out they only have gross weight they do have a clean out station and you can park overnight there’s a little fuel stop on the corner of sr 9 and 113

Great people inside the scale house. Room for 3 trucks to back in to clean out your trailers. 2 port o potties that have always been clean when I've been there. Would give the place 5 stars, but the paper mill brings it down. Loads are not always ready and you may be sitting there a while. Sometimes even overnight, scale house will try to work with you on finding out when your load will be ready, so don't take it out on them. They have no control over what happens at the mill. And yes I've even had to wait on drop n hook loads because the mill is running behind. Also if you need some supplies there's a truck stop just a couple miles down the road.

Make sure you are clean and dry... must get empty scale ticket first, things run smoothly here most of the time, depending on what docks you have to load at will affect your wait time. Over all not bad but on the slow side

Unloaded before my appointment, they do check if trailer is 10 years old or newer for loading or unloading.

Very clean place. Friendly people. Great place to stop for quick bite to eat or get a soda. Cleanliness is a huge factor when I stop somewhere. If it's very clean I always write a good review. Thanks for being so clean and friendly. Wish every place I stopped was like that!!!!!!!

Overweigh load make sure to schedule your truck if you pick up a load here don’t trust them be ready to white at least 1 day they put fellas weight on the paperwork
