So the pay and equipment is good but very picky and they say they teach Bible classes and stuff but quick to fire you. I was asked by dot if they could search my truck and I said yes well there was one bottle of pre made jack and coke left in mu cooler from me and my family going camping and I didn't think it was a big deal and he put me out of service for 24 hours cause it was in my cooler, in the sleeper area , my wife packed my cooler with food, just took off didn't know.it was in there. Long story short they just told me I'm fired. Great Christian values there and great company who claims to care bout their drivers. Never was late on loads, always punctual, but a honest not knowing mistake caused me my job
