I don’t appreciate when they send my medication that they open my back door and throw the medication in. I had one vial of Mel that was opened up in the bag because it was flung into my back room. Please have them knock at the door whenever they deliver my medication in the front, not by the parking lot walk around to my front door. I have a 91 year-old mother that lives with me and was scared because somebody opened the back door if it happens again, I will discontinue.

This is a residential Hotel. The medicine was dropped off at my room door. I was there. The courier 🚚 didn’t knock on my door. The package was stolen and I’m really upset that my medication was stolen
2 days later and no one has returned the package back in front of my door. It’s cute but taking a picture doesn’t help when you don’t knock on the door. I should be notified or called that the package is on the way. To look 👀 out for it, or knock ✊ on the door I was sitting there waiting for a knock after 6 pm. Still no one has returned my medication yet. That’s crazy and I’m not happy. I need my blood pressure pills, etc.
I am not well. I will not recommend your services because it’s not that hard to knock on the door and pass me my medication.
