Jerry was so great to work with! We had an unexpected death in our family and had to move our mom back from Florida to Iowa quickly. We didn't have time to drive the car all the way back and found Auto Shipping TLC online and called. This shipping company is the absolute BEST at what they do!!!! Starting from the Owner, Jerry Cohen, to the dispatcher, and down to the driver. I was a little anxious and nervous shipping my dream car (Lexus ES 350) all the way from Palm Beach Florida to Nashville, TN. Jerry spoke with my boyfriend and then called me to make sure I knew how much he cared about easing my anxiety as well as guaranteeing that my dream car would arrive safely home. Jerry called me almost every day to give me updates on the drivers arrival schedule/time. Then the dispatcher followed up as well to make sure I would be home to receive my vehicle. Once the driver arrived on time he was so pleasant and professional. My car was in the same perfect condition as when I purchased it. The price was so affordable and the customer service was excellent to say the least. But the best part of it all was after the driver had left, Jerry called me back one more time to ensure that my car arrived safely and that I was pleased with his service!! Delivery received yesterday, a day ahead of scheduled time!! My mother and I had been searching for a shipper for a few weeks, before she came upon Jerry (Auto Shipping TLC). Jerry gave my mother the honest rundown of the “shipping world.” Other brokers said they could get the car picked up and shipped pronto, but something always seemed not up to par with them. They always wanted us to book with them, Johnny-on the spot, and said if we didn’t book now, we wouldn’t find anyone else to ship with. Money, money money was their main point of emphasis! Jerry’s point of emphasis was the customer security and car protection!! Although, we needed the car shipped pronto, we felt better and secure with Jerry. We feel Jerry actually cares and is not trying to price gouge or take advantage. So, we decided to wade it out until Jerry could find a carrier. Surprisingly, it didn’t take long for Jerry to find a shipper. Jerry was there with my mother every step of the process!! His communication was amazing!! We were completely pleased with Auto Shipping as a business! Excellent service from Jerry and Auto Shipping TLC!! We will be using him again!!! Also, the carriers were careful and particular about the care and hauling of my mother’s baby (her car)! Delivery was quick as well, for the long distance between point A to B!

Jerry provided a great service for shipping my car. It was a transport for a BMW from California to Ohio. As a broker, he found a very well reviewed shipping company for me while offering me 300$ less on the price compared to other shipping companies who i contacted directly. He also provided me with some advice on buying the vehicle that i was interested in, which i appreciated a lot. The car was delivered on time (was an enclosed shipping) and in great condition. I strongly recommend his service.

If anybody is looking to get there car shipped you should use auto shipping tlc. Jerry is a very nice caring person who helped me along the way to get my car shipped he really treats his customer with respect and the price was great. The transport company he used was great Jr from dnl transport was on time with my vehicle and no damages. He was a very nice guy as well and helpful. He always made sure to call to update on where my vehicle was and very friendly. If i need my car shipped again I will be using these companies.
