We moved all the way from Texas and planned a date for them to help us to move. On the day of the move, they didn't show up or answer any of our phone calls. They left us out to dry. Very unprofessional. Although they are cheaper than most, there's a reason why. Go with Brandon's moving company if you want it done correctly.

Jason (owner) was a very timely communicator via phone. When the crew showed up they were friendly and positive attitudes. They worked quickly to get my move completed and none of my items were damaged in the process. I was disappointed that they didn’t have a dolly or stretch wrap on the truck for my move however Jason provided a small discount for my inconvenience to make it right.

I have had several movers that I hired in my life. But I have never had men who actually have done such a phenomenal move as I did by using Mustard Seed Movers. Shane was so professional, prompt and friendly. His men were on time, so careful and so kind. They moved me from Little Rock to Hot Springs quickly, efficiently and professionally. The price was more than fair. I thank them for making my last move my best move.

These guys got me moved within the time frame that I needed. I called and within minutes I was scheduled. Very professional and was on time and all the crew took very good care of my furniture and breakable items. Shane the owner was onsite and the move went so smooth. I then decided to move back within a couple of weeks to my original home. I called Shane and told him I needed moved ASAP. He booked me and his crew took care of everything to get me moved back in and everything put together and set up. The crew was very professional. I will definitely use them again.

Wish I could give them zero stars. The movers themselves were friendly and worked the entire time, but I believe this company purposefully lowballs estimates in order to get business. My final charge was over twice what they originally quoted me, and I have since read several reviews sharing a similar experience. I have hired movers multiple times, so I know what to expect and was very clear about what the job would entail. There were no surprises on my end. Yet my final bill was over three times what I've paid for movers in the past. I've also NEVER had movers NOT use dollies, even though they had dollies on the truck! I brought this up multiple times during the move and even had an extra dolly I offered to let them use to get the job done faster, but they carried all my boxes by hand. I have no proof of this, but I genuinely think the movers were told by Jason and/or Shane not to use dollies in order to increase the total move time so they could justify billing me more. WHO DOESN'T USE DOLLIES?! I should have fired them as soon as I saw this, but I've never been screwed over by a moving company before and was giving them the benefit of the doubt. Jason, the owner, ignored my calls and texts when I tried to reach him to discuss why the cost was so dramatically different than what I'd been told, and I had to contact both Jason and Shane multiple times to receive an invoice for my records, which didn't even meet the legal requirements of one. I seriously had to school them on what information is needed on an invoice! They were not only unresponsive, they were rude and unprofessional. They have also had complaints filed with the BBB. HIRE ANYONE ELSE!

What a disaster. When I spoke with "Shane" and explained what I needed moved he said I will send three guys and it should take 3-4 hours max since I was just moving furniture from a 2 bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor and based on his rate should cost me about $ 600.00. When they showed up it was 1 girl and 1 guy. They basically moved very little the first hour since they were on the phone most of the time asking for more help. I expressed my concern to them and they replied that "Shane" had overbooked them. I called Shane twice with no answer. Texted him my dissatisfaction and no response. What should have taken 3-4 hours took most of the day. The 2 people they sent worked hard but she just could not pick up my heavy furniture which increased the move time. They did send a couple of guys for about 45 minutes but they had to leave for another job. It was so bad that she had to call he boyfriend to help out. He was only able to help for maybe an hour or so. He did not work for this company and was not bonded or insured in the event anything broke. I sincerely appreciated his help but this was very unprofessional to say the least. As soon as the moved was completed, the unavailable "Shane" was quick to call the team and tell me it was over $ 800.00! I wrote them a check for $ 600 which should have covered the moved if they had in fact sent 3 men as promised. I can honestly say these is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I would not recommend them to anyone. Again, the two movers who showed up were polite and worked hard but the company is not professional. Oh and wait.........there is more. The unavailable "Shane" just sent me an invoice for the balance of $ 221.00 and threat of $ 25.00 per day in late fees.
