Our experience with RE/MAX Edge Reality in Melbourne was amazing! From the begining Ms. Brandy Corter was on top of our every need. We were looking to relocate our family of four to Arkansas, and being 2,200miles away, this can be difficult at times. We decided to fly to Arkansas for a total of eight days to look at different houses and all the natural beauty that Arkansas has to offer. Not only was Ms. Brandy availble to show us houses in North Central Arkansas on our very tight schedule, she was also able to secure us a contract with the seller for us before we left the state to fly back home. With her expertise and determination in securing a contract, we were able to enjoy Arkansas with our two younger boys and relax a little before making the flight back home. Ms. Brandy continued to take care of our needs for us while we were so far away. She made sure that the contract was going smoothly, made herself availble for our inspector to meet her at the house, made multiple visits to the title company to ensure they were getting everything they need, along with making sure the house was completed with land survey before we closed. Ms. Brandy even went above and beyond to make sure the internet provider as able to get into the house to install internet since that was a neccesity for work when we arrived. She has continued to take care of us and we will be using Ms. Brandy Corter in the near future to purchase again. I highly reccomend Ms. Brandy Corter and RE/MAX Edge Reality for any needs real estate needs that you may have!

~Highly recommended realtor~ When all hope has been lost and others don’t seem to have the motivation, call Brandy! She is easily Izard Counties BEST realtor.
