The tech support team is awesome. My problem ended up being a faulty modem for my weekend home. They delivered the modem and left if for me to install over the weekend. What a great change of pace from the service we get in the Memphis metro area.

I felt the need to upgrade my old review of this company due to improvements in the service.
Recently they have been upgrading from copper to fiber. The service now, on fiber, is fantastic. And they are very fast to respond to problems.
One star is missing due to their pricing though. The same service in other cities around the country is far less. And the fact that you are required to have a landline with the internet service even though you have no need for a landline.

Called and ordered fiber. Then, a couple of days later, they came out and asked where I wanted to run it to, and they told me an easier way go and then they called me back and told me my router I could get a faster speed if I wanted to or keep with regular speed for the area. Defiantly recommend yelcot

This is the slowest internet in the country for twice the price. And no competition gives zero incentive to make it any better. They also still require you to keep an active landline phone to have internet. Not very forward thinking.
