Writing as a brand new customer. We were about to make a 400+ mile trip from Illinois to Arkansas to bring home the earthly possessions of our recently departed father. They had the number of units, sizes of units, climate controlled or not, that we needed at a reasonable price. Anthony took great care of us by phone, making sure we had all the information we needed before we ever arrived. He made the process simple and stress free at a time when life was very stressful. The units were everything he promised. The climate controlled portion is very clean and well maintained. They even provided carts and furniture dollies for use. Highly recommend.

Got a unit online. Was given the info G00V as the unit number.
Looking around I only see numbered units. After calling to confirm what the hell I was looking for we found it. Cracked it open to find a musty, humid box. Disgusted by the stench of mildew we refused to put our stuff inside, and decided on a higher quality place of business. Hoping to recieve a refund.

They have several different options for storage including climate controlled. Very affordable momthly rates. The grounds are always well maintained. They have 24 hour surveillance. I have had several different units here for 8 years-never one problem or break in. Great value here!

If I could give this place negative stars I would!!! Was told when I rented that I had to have a special lock so people couldn't break in and if I didn't, they would put one of theirs on that they would charge me for until I got my own. Also, they would go around the property every evening and lock any units without locks. RIGHT!!!!! The guy next to me moved out and they didn't lock his unit and mine was robbed by the thieves going through his and over the wall into mine. Nobody ever contacted me to apologize or anything and the police had a hard time to getting ahold of the owner. In addition, I just found out that I had not been charged for 3 months even though I was on automatic payments but was never notified by anyone so if I hadn't checked my account, I would never have known. Run as far and as fast away from this place as you can!!!

I haven't had any bad experiences yet. Sucks that inflation made rent go up and it costs 45 a month for a small storage. 😕
