Kevin and Jason were amazing!!! 2/20/25 I drove down a snowy steep hill and got stuck and was so worried I couldn’t get out. I was able to get up the hill by walking up and waited and they called to let me know they were on the way, when they got there they put me in the truck and walked all the way down the steep snowy hill and tried to drive it out but no luck. So after walking back up they came up with a plan to go buy me some chains. They went and got me chains, came back and walked back down the snowy hill and put them on and drove my car back up. They were super kind and extremely professional so thank you Jason and thank you Kevin and Discount towing and recovery.

Not all heroes wear capes. I was down in AR to care for my dad who was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, and got caught in a hail storm... on a Sunday... with out of state insurance... and a specialized front windshield... and an appointment my dad HAD to be at in two days... AND I had hotel checkout in three days that i absolutely could not extend. I was stressed, panicking and a state away from home with my dad depending on me. They were SO kind and helpful!! They went out of their way to work with my insurance quickly enough that I got a loaner for the appointment, my car was towed the next morning, and was fixed because it got in fast enough! I will NEVER forget how amazing they are!! They have earned my eternal respect, gratitude, and my business any time I'm down there again. I can NOT recommend this company highly enough!! If I could give them a million star rating, I would!! THANK YOU DISCOUNT TOWING & RECOVERY!!!!

The couple of employees I know just a little bit are incredible people, but I'm going to use this platform to give a shout out to Mrs.Pam, what an incredible person! The type of person you talk to for maybe 10 mins, and it feels like you've known them for a lifetime! Any employer that needed a person who was able to talk to any kind of customer

A little while ago, I had a voicemail from a gentleman from discount towing that proceeded to jump all over me because of parking my piece of scrap metal, which leaks transmission fluid pretty bad!
Ok, we've had to rent a car to go way down south of Arkansas, about a 4-hour drive. Yes, we have rented from them 3 to 4 times, nearly every time but twice,
We didn't leave a vehicle!
So 2 times we did, Sir, I was never informed by anyone about where to park the car we left! And the first time it was left, I didn't leave it, but this time, today, yes, I left it
But he mentioned I left it straight out in front of his building. Hmmm 🤔 I actually left it at the very end of the left side of his building, may I also inform
To whomever, I am Disability
From 7 surgeries on my spine, 2 open heart bypass surgeries about 9 years apart, and Kidney Carcinoma Cancer, I Lost my left Kidney! Sir, I CAN BARELY WALK 5 FEET, but I've got to do what I can do!
My apologies because yes, it does leak transmission horribly, but, Sir, do you not think if I had money, I'd be driving what you drive NO, I DONT! So I have to be thankful and do the best with what I have!
If I'd a thought about it there's no way I would have
Parked in front but all the way down on the left side, I would've parked, You said, on top of the hill?
How in the heck was I going to get to the front door,...
Sir, LEAVE THE DANG MESS, PLEASE! When we get back Sunday ill try and recruit help and clean up the mess the best we can!

Dependable! Excellent service! When our family bus broke down out of town, We never thought it would be EAZY to get it back to town. But Discount Towing not only made it easy, but our bus was back in town by the time we had dinner!
