Came here to pick up a roll stock load. Called in per the posted instructions, the person I interacted with was very rude and insisted that I need an appointment and a different pickup number than what I had. My dispatch confirmed that it was FCFS and the number I had was correct. I waited for about two hours and my dispatcher pulled me off the load because the broker couldn’t figure out what was wrong and why they wouldn’t load me. As I was leaving the shipping clerk called back, took the same pickup number again, and told me to get on a door; I told him I had already been pulled off and left. In the time I was sitting there, at least 2 other drivers had the same thing happen.

Arrived at 9:18am. I was third in line. At 10:45am I was first in line and backed to the receiving dock. At 11:10am I was unloaded and on my way with a signature on the bill of lading.
