I recently ordered two things from Walmart for my Son's upcoming second birthday. I received one item no problem. But when we called about the second one we were told to wait 48 hours and then re-contact. After waiting , we call back only for them to tell us it was delivered elsewhere and that there is nothing we can do because the addresses do not match just as the name of the person that signed for it does not match mine or my husband's name. Basically Walmart confirmed the order number match my address and name but FedEx said we are lying about who we say we are. So, people that steal get treated better from this company than the people that are stolen from
So, M. Shaddix, I hope you are happy accepting a package you know you didn't not pay for and willingly kept this item that was for a toddlers bday.. FedEx is terrible
