THIS COMPANY HAS 6 WAREHOUSES IN FT SMITH. The address google maps will send you to is not the same as where their warehouse is located. If you come from Phoenix ave to state line Rd DO NOT TURN RIGHT, THE CORRECT WAY TO LOCATION IS LEFT TURN FROM STATE LINE. CONTINUE STRAIGHT UNTIL YOU COME TO STOP SIGN AT ZERO, CONTINUE STRAIGHT -TO YOUR LEFT YOU WILL PASS THE GLASS AND MIRROR PLACE, KEEP STRAIGHT THE 2D DRIVEWAY ON THE LEFT HAS A SMALL SIGN THAT SAYS MP WAREHOUSE. THIS IS THE CORRECT WAREHOUSE FOR THIS LOCATION.

I.E. IF YOU COME FROM WORK SOURCE AND WERE TOLD TO REPORT TO RICHARD AT THIS LOCATION THAT TOO IS A MISTAKE: JENNIFER IS THE PERSON YOU'LL MEET WITH AT THIS TIME.

I don’t know why all the bad reviews but today is 7/19/22 it’s 108 degrees and I got here at 4:27 & went into office then the guy put me in for #11 and I was there for almost an 1:45 unloaded! Went back around got paperwork. The docks are on the end office in the middle and plenty of turn around & docking area . Restroom super clean & you can take your break if you want just don’t block driveway.

They are slow as hell they don’t do anything just keep you sitting in the dock it has been 3 hours i am at the dock but nothing is happing. The worst place for getting loads the dock workers need to be replaced or Management should have close eye on them to do their work faster.

The shipping office specially the lady who works there is so nice and professional.

Totally cool people, very good attitude, I was late and they took me in a door with a smile on there face and unloaded me fast, dont know why all the negative reviews? Maybe driver attitude? Jennifer's made it happen along with a great crew! Thanks again 100%!!!

Slow. One hour just to get a door because all of their doors are full of trailers, and 2hrs+ loading time . Best is try to avoid this place if you have an alternative
