The home 1st concentrator started making a loud screeching noise in the middle of the night. They said >t was the filter 2nd concentrator would barely put out enough air to keep me alive at night, they said it was the filter. 3rd concentrator started putting out a smell of rotten eggs making me sick for 3 days throwing up. I ordered cpap supplies from this highly unorganized place and it took over a month to receive the order and it was the WRONG mask. I tried ordering again and I was leaving town for a trip approximately 3 weeks later, they told me I could have my equipment back BEFORE I left and they would call me. NEVER got a call, nor my sleep mask so I had to use the old mask instead. When I returned and asked about the delay, they had my order lying on the receptionist desk; WRONG MASK AGAIN. I was extremely disappointed with this and let the owner know I was upset. I was told I should find another place where I could order the equipment I needed!!! SERIOUSLY! DO NOT waste your time and money dealing with this place, they are extremely unorganized and rude to boot! My insurance company was charged for the WRONG equipment and it was well over $500 dollars for ONE Cpap facemask. Incredible.
