My appointment was scheduled for 7:00 AM. I arrived at the facility at 6:10 AM to check in. I was advised to return at 6:30 AM, which I did. The check-in process was efficient and I was directed to park at parking space number 505. Before proceeding to the parking yard, the driver was already waiting for me. He inspected the seal and removed it. I was instructed to back up to the dock, drop my trailer, and proceed to the check-in office. I was requested to write my phone number on the BOLs so that I could be notified once the unloading process was complete. The unloading was completed within an hour. I checked out at 8:00 AM, concluding a swift and seamless process.

This is by far one of the worst Amazon facilities I've ever delivered to. Staff does nothing to mend situations and allows trucks to stack up at the gaurd shack for over an hour with no communication. I witnessed the woman running the guard shack doing little dances and prancing around while those of us trying to get checked out sat in line for at least an hour before she attempted to solve the issue that was causing the hold up. And when someone attempted to ask what was going on or if they were coming up with a solution the next shifts security guard proceeded to yell and conducted herself in an extremely unprofessional manner completely unprovoked. Great way to start the day folks. 👏👍

Cycled through twice and no one said anything so I honked and some lady yelled to wait from the shack and nothing happened. Now she's here looking at the screen with me.

Order was supposed to be delivered at 10pm but it never left facility and a child never received their gift from me. I needed it the day before as I was going out of town in the morning early. Two Amazon representatives told me, with guarantees and the facility person I talked to said it was on its way. All three lied. I’m 20 minutes away. Not cool!

Thank you, Amazon. Because you insisted on your employees come in today, with little consideration of the road conditions, one of your employees got into an accident. Your employee felt so pressured by your cold-hearted policies that she didn't want to risk losing her job. So sad people can't go that extra day or two without their packages.

Found out u can only come half hour before delivery appt. Then trying to leave to come back for appt and the video setup they have for checkout wasn’t working so i had to wait for someone to come out so i could leave. Seems like they could put a live person in the guard shack. Smh.

Got here at 10:55 PM for an 11:00 PM appointment. Sat around for over 9 hours waiting to get unloaded. Ten other drivers arrived, checked in, got loaded or unloaded and checked out before I even got my trailer released. Trailer was ONLY HALF way unloaded at 6 AM. I would gladly give negative stars if Google gave us the option to do so.
