Had an issue with another local pharmacy (Anchor) giving me erroneous information and all around poor customer service.

Thay caused me to leave the state for Thanksgiving without enough of my medication to last the whole time I was gone.

I decided to use this pharmacy. I called them and within 30 minutes they had bent over backwards to expedite getting all my records and prescriptions transferred.

I've already notified my doctor (or his nurse) that frome this point further to call in anything I'm perscribed to The Medicine Shoppe.

Thank you for making a very bad situation not near as bad for me, even if some of it was just providing information.

Luckily I don't have a lot of medical issues. It's not a huge amount of money I have to spend at this time.

However my parents and two close friends do have quite a bit of medical issues and they will be moving their business here also.

This has consistently been THE best pharmacy for us. Living in a neighboring town, they even provide delivery services and do their best to fill some of our “odd ball” prescriptions. My daughter is medically fragile and hospitalized often. Maumelle Medicine Shoppe has provided delivery of medications prescribed from hospitalization before we even got home from being discharged. Very attentive to patient needs and idiosyncrasies. Fantastic pharmacy and staff.
