I love Lumber One, the one in Mayflower and the new one in Little Rock. They provide a large selection of quality products, great prices and have GREAT customer service … all of their employees are friendly and eager to help! Mayflower Lumber One had a huge selection of mums and pumpkins yesterday from which to choose, see pics of just a few. Also, the floors in the sunroom were purchased from and installed by LumberOne! Can’t say enough good stuff about them!

We used lumber one for quite a bit of materials and services when we were building our home a year and a half ago and the quality of the work they did installation wise has left us with costly and extensive repairs. Our shower was installed incorrectly and as a result it leaks during every use and water has started coming out of the flooring in the bathroom as a result, which means we are looking at floor replacement and mold treatment in that room. There are gaps where the flooring should go into doorways in other parts of the house, and our carpet is starting to come up in the bedrooms. I would not use them again or recommend them for any kind of flooring/tile installation, it has ended up costing us big time. Attaching a few photos of the flooring by the doors and the carpet that is bubbling up as examples of installation quality.

They have items for sale that don't show up in their computer. I waited for them to look the items up, but it was holding their checkout line up and there wasn't even a price for these items, so I put the items back and left.

I previously worked with Rideout Searcy for our previous project on the Little Red River. I was always a huge fan of them and was honestly skeptical initially about working with L.O.

My salesperson is Brad Hardwick. He has excelled in pretty much all areas and I admit forthright that I am not the easiest person in the world to impress or work with. Brad even made multiple in-person visits and today came out to help me install a sash in one of our windows that our workers cracked.

Honestly; I am impressed with the attention to detail and the Esprit de’ Corps attitude from Brad and his entire team. I know that the prices and products are exemplary; but the service has been as well. What more could you want in a building partner? Kudos!!

Avoid them like the Plague.

I ordered $170 of lumber and they Charged me $4,827.41

At first I thought it was a mistake, but i now realize it was deliberate and fraudulent. They refuse to credit me back, insist they have to mail a check, but won't tell me when that will happen, and its now been 6 weeks and I haven't heard a single word from Lumber 1. Multiple calls and emails have been ignored, no one has returned a single call.

My credit score has dropped 50 points, and interest on $5,000 I never charged.

Also, the quality of the lumber is absolute crap, which is why its cheaper than elsewhere.

EDIT: In my back and forth with the credit card company Lumber One provided Fake receipts, earlier unrelated receipts, and FORGED my signature an attempt to keep the fraudulent charges!!

If I could give a 0 I would. Ordered 1 8 ft 1x6 cedar was told to pick up in the back. The warehouse asked me to park outside and they would bring it. After 15 minutes I called the manager. In another 10 minutes I got the board. 25 minute wait time and saved a dollar verse Home Depot. Never again
