Was forced by Baptist hospital in West Memphis to be taken to st Bernard hospital in jonesboro approx a 50 mile ride. Neither paramedic rode in the back with me so no care was given during the short ride. Was charged over 2000.00 for this ride by riverside. Paid what insurance did not which was nearly 1000.00. Was still turned over to collections by Riverside. Very poor company and charge ridiculously high price for poor service.

Take to long to respond to calls, Torments patients. Sept 2017 my mom had a massive stroke at her home. Riverside ambulance took a full hour and half to get there. No first response crew. No one. Two months later my mom passed away from the cause of her not getting there sooner. I say fire everyone and hire someone who actually care.
