Arrived for appointment for next day and they have 25 doors without a truck in them and am told they can’t take me until the next day. Receivers like this need to either take product or not order a load that’s less than 10 hours away for day after pick up appointments.

Still haven’t been told to backed into a door as it’s currently 1130

If yall can’t get to truck’s appointments on time then you may as well cease operations permanently. There should be no reason for I have to waste a huge chunk of my clock waiting to be unloaded especially when it isn’t very busy. And I don’t want to hear being short staffed as the reason because that ain’t got nothing to do with me. You’re still not respecting drivers’ time.

Receiving lady was nice and friendly.
Parking available on North side of building.
Room for backing and maneuvering.
Arrived at 09:20 for a 10:00 appointment. Given a door immediately but did not start unloading for a while. Once started, I was empty pretty quickly. Done and out by 11:30.

5/23/24 The only reason for the 3 stars is because I was informed by the clerk it's gonna be a long wait time due to short staff. His words was alot trucks and very few workers

Picked up a load of frozen turkeys this morning. Had an 8am appt. Checked in at 7:45am. They finished loading & handed me the seal at 8:46am. Went in to get ppwk & was DONE by 8:55am. No damages to my air chute & my 3 hot pink painted load bars were put back in my box. [Painted them to reduce forgetful dock ppl...lol!]
Good experience here this time for me.

One of the worst receiving in the world. My truck is checked in and they have all docks available the workers are sitting in the office on their cell phones saying they are supper busy.
