Company is called HOMETOWN FOODS COMPANY - DCS LOGISTICS. Worst ever. Unorganized, slow, lazy, disrespectful to drivers. Sitting here 24 hours already to unload and I was on time! Still not unloading. Changed my appointment 3 times already, broker cant tell them nothing! Dont ever go to this company. They have many locations. I've loaded in Toledo OH for same company Arrived 11AM - was loaded 10AM next day only

Supervisor need to check on the ladies who work at the shipping office. They act like driver are dirt. That were bothering them. But they would rather be on Facebook or Christmas shopping on line while driver sit waiting to be checked in. Or call on the company phone and talk about something being posted on Facebook
My appointment was at 8am.
I was standing in the drivers check in at 7:40,and I was not checked in till 8:20. And I was the only driver in therr.

Lady in shipping office won't even talk to the drivers ro let them know what's going on. She acts like she is the one being inconvenienced because they can't do their jobs in a timely, efficient manner. The place is a joke
