Ordered 2 "Mother of the Bride pantsuits. Needed a size 16 to fit the top. Needed a size 8 for the bottom. After nearly 10 hours online looking, found these at Dillard's. Perfect in every way. From talking to a lady there, to shipment (fast, fast, fast). We cried when my daughter put it on. Could not be happier. Thank you so very very much.

I had my credit card info stolen and the purchase was made at this Dillard's. I'm just taking some time to say every single person I spoke with via customer service was not only super helpful but had the best attitudes. I just needed to say that, I'm from flint michigan so I'm used to nasty attitudes everywhere but each person was so kind. Unfortunately I only remember the name Ivan then there were two ladies. So helpful and nice. I guess they make them different down in Arkansas.

Worst company ever, when they decide to fire you all of a sudden your production scores will mysteriously drop by 50% and no one there can explain how these production scores even work. One boss finally told me if I wanted to improve my score I had to move faster, I asked to see video footage (they have a million dollar camera system so this should be easy) of me working compared to the worker with the best production score, they were having none of that. I had 2 workers and a supervisor follow me, all three said my work performance was above avg, manager response, I only moved fast when they were following me, again I asked to see myself on camera moving slow, and again they refused. The whole “production score” system was nothing but a gimmick to control and manipulate people.
And one more thing, this place treats workers like 100% garbage, I mean they really go out of their way to rip your dignity out.
