I would like to give this place all the stars because it is very clean, the service is very good but the wait for the showers is so long it is unthinkable. I have had 20 people in front of me for 50 minutes and there is no change for anything, the line is not moving. I would also like to mention that I lost a 20 dollar bill and no one gave it back to me. This has nothing to do with the staff but with the customers that visit the place.

Good size store! Plenty of car/truck/RV parking and handicap accessible, along with reserved, (get yours online, pay with your points). Your freshly prepared homestyle meals are meatloaf, chicken, pizza etc., there is a Cracker Barrel across the street. Washers, dryers and clean showers. Staff is friendly and helpful. "Be a Beacon of light so others can find their way. Safe and happy travels!" Be'Be'

With the Dunkin Donuts coffee and a home cooked meals this location should be a 10. But the downfall of this location is the effort and the work ethic of the employees. Yes they are friendly and nice but they don't maintain that place very well. I had to go and find a pump for the coffee flavors myself because no one was attending the coffee area. Apparently the straw from the pump had fell off so it wasn't dispensing any of the shot flavors. A lot of stuff needed to be restocked and labeled correctly and the bathrooms could have used a little bit more attention and the trash cans as well. So Sadly to say management is not paying attention to its employees. I arrived here and two or three employees were sitting at the picnic table which is located right by the entrance (idk why so close) and as I'm leaving (1 hour later) they're still sitting there. But I still would recommend this location.

We have waited for a shower for 15 minutes, the boy who was cleaning the showers was slow but very nice. I am sorry I was rude to him. Other than that, pretty regular pilot with clean restrooms and food court inside.

Warning - at least some pumps are E15 only but only have a small sticker on the pump that says so. They have the normal E10 sticker too and nothing down by where you select which grade fuel you want.

Pumps should be clearly marked E15.

For about a week straight I've been stopping in here and getting fuel. Very well-lit and clean but there's never any hot food ready or soon to be ready. I know it's between midnight and 1 a.m. in the morning but you're a 24 hour full service truck stop. It's very sad and to the point it's ridiculous that there are other facilities willing to take your money and you're not up to the task providing these services... you would think as much traffic that comes through there they would be able to handle throwing some hot dogs or a pizza out guess it's time to move on to the next truck stop today's date is Friday August 26th at 1:22 a.m.

This was biggest Pilots I've seen. Does not have many things to eat other than the food from Pilot. I would give him another star if it would have a Dennys or something else. It is clean inside very spacious but you will not have anything else to eat other than that. The entrance to the pilot is all the way to the back please careful you don't go through the wrong entrance or the park. The parking lot is very uncomfortable there's not much room to park because the park are to close and it's going to be a pretty hard to park it.
