Top notch customer service. Knowledgeable. Cares about their customers! It took 4 trips, but they found the part I needed that fit my well pump. Had I listened to the sales person to begin with, I probably could have been finished in two trips. They were beyond helpful and knew exactly which part I needed-the 4 trips was to determine the size of an unknown primer plug! I'd recommend to anyone with plumbing needs to check out the plumbing supply store (It's behind the showroom....)

Everything plumbing is right here and at competitive prices. I mean, against online prices too. It has big box stores beat easily. I spent maybe 10 minutes finding everything I need versus the 1-2 hours I would spend at a big nation chain store where all of the bins are mixed up. Sander's has everything in perfect order. I also never expect sales people to know everything but the people here seem to know everything about plumbing and can effortlessly help with problem solving. I'm not a plumber so I appreciated the extra mile they went to help me.
