Best Customer Service Around!
I've purchased Stihl products from Malvern Power Equipment and recently purchased an Echo CS 590 Timberwolf 20" bar Chainsaw and it is a beast!
Mary and Carl are very knowledgeable and helpful with all products.
You can't go wrong with them!
The big box stores that carry these brands are more than happy to sell you products of these brands but do not provide any type of service on the items?
That alone, warrants shopping Malvern Power Equipment for me.
The customer service is outstanding and gives customers the peace of mind that should something need repaired, serviced, or upgraded, they can take care of it!

I buy alot of parts and without a doubt they are the best in the region that I've found. I drive an hour to do business with them. Unlike other dealers they understand that I know their products and repair or rebuild them. I have parts manuals and shop manuals and have part numbers. They never question them but are always willing to verify them by serial number for me.
Just last week I called about a clutch for a MS362 that I just put a new topend on. The part number I needed they didnt have. Shortly after hanging up they called me back. They had one but it was a different part number. It didnt match the serial number saw I had. So Friday they ordered it and I picked it up Tuesday.
Plus purchased several other parts.
I will continue doing business with them.
Great customer service is hard to find and especially if you may be competing against them on repairs. But not Malvern Power....they go above and beyond to do you right.

I can not say enough good things about this place ! I drove 2 hours to get parts here ! If u cant find a part they can ! They went out there way to help me get parts ! Order parts for me and when they came in shiped them to me ! Did I say they did not even ask for me to pay up front for the parts . When they came in my wife called and payed they shipped them right out to us . They lady's in the front know there parts ! Mary is a very nice sweet person and help you any way she can

This business is a little out of the way but well worth finding. Easy access once you learn where it is. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very knowledgeable repair technicians. Pricing seems very fair to the customer.
