NOT recommended. New owner is rude, overpriced, disorganized, and greedy. After having a private mailbox here for more than 10 years, the new owner, Ceasar is telling us that they are implementing a new policy that only a total of 3 people are allowed to receive mail to the same address. He says that because my elderly father and my trust documents receive mail, now my wife can't get mail and my 8 & 10 year old children are no longer allowed to receive birthday cards from their grandparents unless we buy an additional box at over $450 per year! (Even though my ALL of the above are formally registered with USPS to receive mail here.)
While in absolute shock, with my chin on the floor, Cesar tells me that if I don't like it, I can take my business elsewhere.

Meanwhile, since he took over, mail and packages are constantly lost or given to the wrong person, they regularly close early leaving customers and delivery drivers standing outside, and they jacked up the prices more than double. All the regulars who have been doing business here for decades truly miss Cindy.

UPDATE - REPLY TO OWNER RESPONSE:
In response to the owner's reply.

It's odd that you would post a response that addresses none of the actual complaints we mentioned.

1. While you may have been the new owner since 2020, the old staff continued to run it, and operations remained the same.

2. We have never complained about you changing the procedure to everyone waiting for you rather than retrieving our own mail, as has been the case for the last 10 years. We simply asked that if you are going to change the policy, that you now provide us with the keys to our boxes so we are able to access them from the customer area as intended. Yet you refused and said you would not spend money on replacing keys that were not given to you by the last owner in the sale of the business.

3. We have signed and notarized all required government forms, including but not limited to, form 1583, and we are in full compliance to continue receiving our mail as we always have. Your comment suggests that we are not fully compliant with USPS and federal requirements. This is false and deflective. When you threatened to withhold and return our legally registered mail, we visited the post office to confirm our eligibility and entitlement to receive our mail. They assured us that it would be a crime for you to follow through on your threat.

4. Your response to closing early is nothing short of comical. No one has ever complained about a business closing on time or asked you to stay open even 1 minute late. You regularly close long before posted hours (15-90 minutes early). When asked why no one was here and the business was closed, you say (with attitude) that you had to close early for personal reasons or that you needed to make it to the bank before they close. This is why we have countless documented days where we, other clients, and delivery drivers have all reached out to you during business hours to find out why you are closed. You have no respect for the individuals or businesses who depend on coordinating our schedules to access and retrieve our mail during your posted business hours.

I had three oil paintings that have been in my family for decades shipped by Eagle Shipping from Lantana, FL, to New Zealand where I live. They arrived today and I opened the box with anticipation, and with the expectation of some damage. They were PERFECT. The wrapping of these paintings was so incredibly professional, layer after layer of protection. I would imagine that if an art museum shipped an incredibly valuable painting this is how they would do it. I'm so impressed. Thank you Jimmy, Cesar, and all the folks at Eagle Shipping. Dramatic change in service since new ownership. Closed on multiple occasions during normal posted business hours, cannot depend on them to handle the needs of my small business anymore unfortunately.
