Coner was nice and respectful. I thought he was honest and upfront about what was wrong. I would recommend him to others and would have him back if we needed repairs.
This is an edit of my original review.
When my husband went out side this morning, he found the gate open(we have 2 dogs) and our outside unit in pieces with a tool laying on it. Fortunately our dogs did not get out because we live on a county highway. Photos are attached.
This is unacceptable! My husband tried to call and was on hold for 8.5 minutes. He will try again.

Good service, tech arrived on time and completed the check and cleaning of my furnaces. I would give 5 stars if he had brought and replaced the filters, (no fault of his as I was added to his route today after he had already pulled the filters for his other scheduled stops) even though I scheduled my service 3 weeks ago. The tech promised to drop off the filters tomorrow, but I suppose I will have to bring a ladder in and change them myself even though that was part of the service.

The service tech was very kind and knowledgeable and did a good job. The issue is the outrageous estimate for repair. I was told the price for the replacement part is $800.00. I just returned from purchasing it myself at $324.00. Price gouging at its finest!!!! Obviously, I would not recommend this company for any services. I requested for the owner to call me, but at this time, I have not received the call.

We had an issue and called a different company first. They drastically exaggerated the issue and told us it would cost thousands of dollars to fix. We then called Airco to get a second opinion. Corbin was there quickly and fixed it in less than an hour for the price of a service call.

Airco sent Patrick McLaughlin to work on our new HeatPump, installed by another company. He fixed one issue with a rewire, saved me $$ by placing a sensor, and 4 days later when I needed them back on the unit, determined the contractor on the remodel closed the air return, for which 2 other companies never figured it out or saw the issue. I can't say enough about his diligence to solve the problem. Airco's online scheduling made the process super easy, he arrived on time.....four hours after being requested AND on the day after Christmas, and finally appeared to solve the problem. Patrick's diligent work and Airco's quick scheduling certainly won a new loyal customer!
