getting a shipment thru uship this company which brokered 2 pallets.

they used SAIA to transport the load
SAIA neglected to secure the load and it was like a bomb exploded the entire load shifted and the pallets arrived damaged.

1 pallet 5 devices were damaged but was minor
the other pallet is completely useless

edit after 2 weeks they called
because it was so quiet they let a female dog bark at me.

well woof woof I bark back with reviews that people need to stay far away from this company mailed DOT with complaint.

Absolutely disappointed with priority1!!
We have an unresolved case with priority1 since October 2024. Today is March 7 2025!
On October 2024, we arranged a shipment from our warehouse in Mississauga Ontario to Seattle, WA (booking reference 60108678829)
Two days after our shipment of 32 chairs, our account manager from Priority 1 visited our Mississauga Ontario office and told us that the truck was stolen with our goods inside.
He told us that they’re waiting for police report and they would resolve with the insurance company, which took three months. We were absolutely patient during this time despite our loss and frustration. This order that was stolen was a custom order for a restaurant opening that Customer has been waiting for over 4 months . We informed our customer that the goods were stolen, but we would take care of them. we had the chairs re-made and ship with air cargo because our customer could not afford to wait any longer. Our cost of the stolen items, airfreight of the new ones that were made, shipping them to the customer again cost us over $10,000 and priority one it’s only covering $900
Their policy of two dollars per pound is for damage shipments, but they’re trying to use this policy on our stolen shipment is absolutely RIDICULOUS!
Avoid using this company because they will not take care of you like you take care of your customers!

Joseph has been a excellent account representative. He is quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Priority1 has been hands down the best shipping experience we have had, even better than our direct contacts with freight companies.

I would give a negative review if I could. This company will not take no for an answer. They continue to call after being told we are not interested and repeatedly have asked to be removed from any and all call lists. sometimes it is as much as 7-8 times per week. There are literally thousands of other options, Pick someone else. Their employees leave negative reviews on your google pages when you are tired of their calls and let them know it.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I had an invoicing issue and I was ignored for months! Their "customer service" number doesn't receive inbound calls, the freight broker I dealt with was very dismissive with my inquires when they finally answered me 3 months later and insult to injury, the freight invoice was DOUBLE what the move was supposed to cost! They are a rip off! Steer clear of this company!!!

I recently had a string of frustrating experiences with this company that I feel compelled to share. From the outset, their customer service was lacking. Communication was slow and often unclear, making it difficult to get the information I needed regarding my shipment.

I encountered multiple delays and when I reached out for updates, my calls and emails went unanswered for extended periods. It felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. On top of that, the representatives I did manage to speak with seemed untrained and unable to provide any real solutions to my problems.
