Loading was very fast (about 30 minutes), though I did wait about 90 minutes to get a dock door assignment. Overall, the timeliness of the pickup wasn't anything to complain about.

I did end up blindsiding into my dock door (door 15). There might have been room for me to get turned around further back in the lot to setup a sight side backing. I also could have done a sight side backing by simply turning right out of my staging spot instead of left, then backing all the way to my dock door - which wasn't an incredible distance back from where I was parked. I often do what I call U-Turn Into Sight Side backing setups when there is sufficient room to turn around right in front of my target door/spot. In my case, another driver was parked along the curb in front of my assigned door, and I didn't have enough room to do the U-Turn setup as a result. Had he not been there at all, I'm certain that I would have been able to do the U-Turn setup. I just went ahead and blind sided anyway since there was no dock door to the left of door 15, and there's a good 12ft+ gap between the left side of that door and a dumpster that is over there.

Be careful when entering and exiting the lot. There are railroad tracks and a fairly steep slope just inside the driveway for their lot. Even with my tandems at 40ft mark and landing gear all the way up, I still came within 1" or so of dragging my sandshoes across the railroad tracks while departing with my load. For that reason, I cannot stress enough the importance of not entering or exiting their lot with your tandems back, and definitely don't be one of those lazy drivers who only retracts your landing gear partially because you believe you will never actually need them to be all the way up. If you're that type of driver, the entrance to this place will humble you and make you feel like a rookie all over again.

Did a drop and hook on a Saturday. It was not busy at all quick in and out. But I can understand some of the reviews. If it gets busy and crowded in this place, just standby. Because it's going to get hectic. Due to the lack of space. Hope this finds you well.

Park inside and walk to shipping for check in. Back up and wait for the call when the loading is done. Friendly and fast crew. Enough room for maneuvers. Busy facility, so be careful with another drivers and yard guys.

I had a 12 noon appointment, was given a door around 11am and fully loaded by 12:30pm. My problems started once I got to the scale and found out I was 800 lbs overweight. I went back to get load adjusted and was told to park in staging area to wait for a door. 2 hours past no door. I called my dispatcher and let them know it was no way I was going to make the delivery on time and if anyone knows about Sysco if you’re late you have to reschedule for next day. We decided to pay the $200 fee to unload truck fully. That took about another 2 1/2 hours to do because I was still waiting for a door.

My appointment was 6pm. I checked in at 8:30 am. Product was ready so they start loading at 12 and loaded in 1 hour

Nice people. I like how if there is parking, you can stay the night. Aside from that.... It's set up to blindside back to a dock. I mean, if you can turn around and sight back, then that's awesome. But it can get busy and hectic, causing that sight side to take a moment to get to. If you do end up blindside back, take your time. Don't worry about others.. or ask someone for help.

The workers (in their cars) zoom thru with no regrets, yard dogs tend to be a little bit more patient, and then you got those drivers who just don't care and will inch on you as your trying to back. Again, just take your time and don't worry what others think.
