Driver blew right past me on Argonne rd (Spokane valley, WA) at a very high rate of speed. Proceeded to get behind me and tailgate my semi all the way down Argonne. Also proceeded to get out of his truck and walk towards me also tried to run me out of my lane. Very unprofessional and dangerous driver

Unsafe driver on I-530. A dump truck doesn't need to be weaving in and out of traffic at 80+ mph. Also failed to move left when passing a stalled vehicle on the shoulder.
