Not experienced movers at all! I asked how long the movers had been working and they all said, "this is my first day!" Not even a veteran mover was present to coach them. I had to show them how to load the truck on day 1, they wasted 30 mins googling how to use the lift gate (on my dime). Owner promised to be there to coach the newbies on the second day of moving, but he didn't show. They damaged both my leather couches. I sent pics immediately, but never got paid damages. Pretty sure they don't have the insurance they claim. He ducked my calls and emails, once he got his payment (double the quoted amount) so i gave up. BUYER BEWARE!
