We had awesome movers this last weekend. My husband picked this company after Duke came to walk through with me and after reviewing their estimate and all of their materials, which were comprehensive. Tanisha politely and efficiently took my many calls to ask questions and check in.
Justin, Roderick and Mike all worked extremely hard to move furniture and boxes to our new location in another state. They were responsive to where everything went, even if we had to have them move something to a different room. They had good camaraderie with each other and were polite and respectful at all times. We wholeheartedly recommend Moveco!

Damaged furniture, damaged floor they caused, and horrible customer service. Had missing furniture and took 3 days for them to bring it back. Had to call everyday until they delivered the glass. Also, completed claims form but took forever for response. Had to call for updates only to be informed that they would not cover damages.

Long day for sure but the guys stayed positive and focused.

I had a 15' x 30' storage unit that was filled. Justin, Jim, and a third which i apologize for not remembering his name. They showed up and went right to work. They were careful, didn't break anything, loaded and a unloaded quickly and professionally. I could not have been happier. Would without hesitation recommend them and will definitely use them again. Brandon, Cameron, Gus and Nico were absolutely the best moving crew we have had! Before choosing a moving crew, I got quotes from a few different places and Move Co had the best quote on top of an amazing service. They moved our 3600 sq ft house in 10 hours and we will definitely use them again in the future!

Moveco is the absolute best moving company to work with. Wesley and his team have assisted me with 3 moves and each time they delivered SUPERB service. They are timely, professional, and courteous. I have used them for packing, moving, and cleaning after move out and all services were completed with utmost care. They are truly a gem of a business in the moving industry. I wish I could give them 10 stars!

What was supposed to be a wonderful experience turned into a calamity to likes of which I could have never expected. My wife called to book these movers and they showed us their true colors on day 1. To be fair the first incident was a miscommunication and caused us to have to reschedule from Saturday to Sunday. Secondly when the crew showed up to our apartment, they showed up without the contract which they told us they legally couldn’t start work without it. So one of the crew left to go get it only to show up almost two hours later. From this point they finally start loading up, and I notice that the truck isn’t going to hold all of my household belongings. I ask them if they’re going to be able to fill the truck and we’re told “Yeah it will all fit.” From here, my apartment I am moving out of becomes damaged, my daughter’s box spring gets punctured, and they come back and say, “I don’t think it’s going to fit everything. We need to make two trips.” As I was watching them pack the truck it was quite evident they’re not that experienced in packing a truck. What really get’s under my skin is that my wife urged them to send an estimator out to the house to determine the size of crew and vehicles needed. They told us “Nah, if you’re packed still, it should fit.” Again, we urged them to send someone out to be sure. One of the owners did get on the phone with my wife and tried to make it sound like it was our fault when they didn’t come and estimate.

They get to the new location and I instruct the driver on where to park, apparently what was understood was to try and back a 25’ truck into a driveway that barely houses a full size SUV. At the time I was trying to unload my personal vehicle out of sight and didn’t notice what exactly was taking place (mistake on my part). My wife notices what’s going on and addresses the situation. The driver at this point says it is getting to stressful, and shuts down the truck, locks the back door and tells us they’re taking our stuff back to “the yard” and someone else can unload it another day. I told the driver that wasn’t going to happen and let’s get the supervisor on the phone. They tell us we have to make the remainder of the payment in full before they will start unloading and they will not be making the return trip for the rest of our belongings. So in summation they start late, didn’t do the full job we hired them to do, they damage my home, they damage my belongings, they damage my yard and then when confronted about the slow sloppy service we’re getting, they get upset and threaten to leave with my stuff still in the truck. Lastly, just to throw salt into the wound, when we called to talk with the supervisors about the goings on, they constantly dumped our call to voicemail and continue to avoid us. I would not recommend this group to my worst enemy.
