$40 cash for a hopper washout. I called ahead, talked to a lady, and confirmed everything. Showed up, and the gentleman told me if I would have been 10 minutes later, I wouldn't have gotten a washout. (Knowing the time they stopped washing would have been nice to know.) After inspecting the hopper bottom, I saw old product, bone meal, in rear cubby hole of trailer. Despite me running my hand over it and showing him the product as well as the dirty water running down the hopper, he wanted to argue nothing was there. I had a food grade pick-up next and had to be spotless, sorry.
