It was easy unload. Backed into dock 2 waited for them to finish lunch. They had me unloaded in 25 min. You do need and appointment and the trucker entrance is on the left side of the road not the trailer.

*NO OVERNIGHT PARKING, HOWEVER YOU CAN PARK ON SIDE OF ROAD.

Definitely arrive by appointment time. No overnight parking, but you can park beside the road before entering the property. Fast unloading.

This place is great, able to unload and reload in less than an hour. Hazmat loads are always loaded and secured correctly. Paperwork is always correct. Staff is very professional. This place is very busy and communication and correct appointment times will help get you in and out quick.
