Due to a series of events, my delivery of a commercial mixer was delayed... and delayed. Not the fault of Hill Logistics, but the shipper. I called Hill Logistics in the middle of the mess (old mixer died, second was a dud, this second new one delayed) and after explaining my immediate situation, they were able to politely, calmly and completely fix the situation. Quick, kind and thorough. The delivery person was a gem, and very gracious. We were very happy with their caring response to our problem.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This is absolutely the worst place to work at. If you apply here you might want to rethink it. They absolutely give not two craps about their employees. I'm glad I don't work there anymore.

Delivery was on time and given plenty of notification ahead of time. People I spoke with were all very pleasant and helpful. Only real issue was there was a part that was supposed to be delivered with it that was left at the delivery dock. However, they very quickly found a driver and got me the item even on a Friday afternoon!

If you have any choice at all in selecting your delivery service, please choose anyone other than Hill Logistics. The are the absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. Their customer service representative is rude and will not hesitate to hang up on you. She is impatient and unforgiving. She will claim you need God in your life if you question why your package hasn't arrived within the 4 hour scheduled timeframe (which they specifically set up). Rather than offer an apology for the delay in delivery, she will say she is too busy to speak to you. If you ask to speak to her manager she will tell you she doesn't have one. If you ask to speak to the owner, she will hang up on you. I hate leaving negative reviews, but they earned this one.

*Update: The delivery truck showed up 2.5 hours after the set delivery time, and didn't even have my package on his truck. Unbelievable.

We had a great experience with the delivery of a hot tub from Hill Logistics today. The lady who called to set up a delivery time was very nice. Our delivery was set for between 1 and 6 today. We got a call at 1:30 that they were on the way. The driver arrived around 2 o'clock and everything went well.

Made one delivery attempt, didn’t leave any notification of the attempted delivery and did not try to deliver again. Only reason I knew is due to my security camera. Contacted Hill Logistics four days later and was told they would not make a second attempt nor do the deliver past 4pm or weekends. Horrible. Left work on day 5 to pick up and didn’t even get a “Hello” or “Thank you!”

The only friendly person was the lone warehouse employee, Tyrone. Thank you Tyrone for being courteous.

I was promised delivery on Friday morning - finally delivered Monday at 2:20. I was stood up 3 times before I finally got my shipment. Two phone calls were not answered. No voice mail messages (2) were answered. It was only my call on Monday and calls to the manager that got results. The delivery man Clarence Dukes was very efficient, polite, and careful. THat's the only nice thing I can say about this company. I will never use them again...........David of Hill Logistics knows this as does the shipper, Dot and Bo and as well as Pilot Freight Services. There is no excuse for this kind of service. Shame on you.

Took off work on July 1 for a delivery. the day before they call saying they have to reschedule due to the shipper and they can't deliver on the only day I have off during the week. I call the shipper and they said it was on the company delivering. Either way if you work for a living they offer hours when most people work and they don't open on Friday's, but according to google they are open on Fridays. I have canceled my order and will make sure the next time I place an order that they do not use Hill Logistics.
