We own two lots about 3 houses down from Tisha Hayes ( who is an agent at seark realty) and asked them to list our lots on their site. Because there havent been any sells of property in that community they refused to do so. How can clients sell their property if realtors refuse to list them. I mean isn't this what theyre in business for?
Then they had the nerve to tell me if they could do anything for us in the future to please give them a call. Talk about gaul!
I know the town is small and people are still going to call on them, but at least i said my two cents worth!

I would give less than one star if I could. I tried to purchase a lake lot on grand lake in Eudora that this company had listed, and the whole experience was awful. The communication was awful, and In the end they tried to sell me a property without a proper title. I will never use their services again, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone else for any service...Absolutely unprofessional and just plain rude and deceitful.
