I was at TXK proper, the new airport. I believe that the internet is behind on updating the new airports location. I had to search through my map history to find what I believed to be the new airport. The airport is not very big but it is important to so many in this area. For what it is, I like it. They missed giving the public an observation place to watch the planes leave especially for those unacccompanied children. I was asked to leave because they were locking up. I stood outside in the closest place to watch the plane take off, knowing that it was not grounded and/or the flight canceled for some reason.

We flew in late on a Monday night on a trip from Florida to Oklahoma and the service was great! The staff are always friendly and helpful. They are quick to serve you and love their facilities. They are always nice, clean, and inviting. The fuel guys were quick and very friendly and helpful. We only used them for fuel so can't really speak for tie down prices, but we were pleased with the service. We have used TAC Air in several locations now and have always been pleased with them. We would highly recommend them for your flying needs.

I landed EMS heli early morning about 2am...called ahead and Mr T (Tavarius) was there waiting with a smile during after hours ops. These TXK FBO guys always show late hours (multiple times a night) to refill LifeNet and other HEMS aircraft, never complaining a bit. They also take pride and perform duties promptly with a great attitude. These folks deserve (at a minimum) gift cards to take their family to the local Roadhouse Signature! Keep it up Mr T !!. Your a fine example of an exemplary employee with great potential for management.
