They ask you to drop trailer and park outside the gate or truck stops nearby. Then they tell you call back after 4 hrs minimum 😆 what a joke. I called exactly 4 hrs and my trailer was unloaded (who knows, my tailer was probably unloaded less than that) dont see why drivers can't leave phone numbers. Whole procedure is messed up

If you want to reset for 10 hours, I recommend this place.
The system is truly speechless.
Maybe a 34-hour reset is possible.

Dropped trailer evening around 7-8 pm and called at 6:30 am still not ready , that’s crazy
And guard said that they mixed smth so I need to wait 5-6 hour more 😂 stupid place

Load was supposed to be ready, still not ready. Guard shack phone wouldn’t answer till I found out he took it off the hook. I’m fine with collecting detention and taking their money though.

Had a delivery of Spices/condiments, reefer trailer. Picked up from Dallas Frito Lay.
I was worried about all the reviews, but i guess for this product is different.
I was in n out in 30 mins. No drop, was live unloading.

Didn’t experience ANY of the negative things stated in other reviews…arrived a bit late for appointment(10am) yet received a door immediately after checking in and started unloading 10 mins(if that) after being in the door and finished unloading in 10-15 mins once started…brought in a half trailer worth of seasoning I’ll definitely deliver here again

This is the worst place that we have been ever… just for you to have an idea: this is my first review EVER… we arrived around 4:00pm, we were picking a loaded trailer (we do drop and hook) that was scheduled for 8pm. We knew we were early but we said let’s wait there. The guard said that they have a big delay. We said don’t worry we understand we are for 8pm… we have been the whole night here calling every 2 hours. It’s now 8:00am next day and the load it’s not ready. This is ridiculous. We just called again and they said they don’t know yet. We are not leaving because this is in the middle of freaking nowhere and this take us to our next load! HORRIBLE!
