I was having the worst week my car battery went out and no one else not even Walmart sold or had my battery for a Honda fit 2009 and the amazing crew up there like Marissa and their assistant manager was able to find my battery and had a great discount on it since the other battery I had was from them! I am so thankfully for the kind and welcoming staff I will forever be a customer with them!! They even rushed it from me having to wait 2-3 weeks for it to get here to within the same week I went and started looking. Thank you guys so much!! Life savers!!

Dustin was super helpful. Made sure to put the battery in the remote, offered to make sure it worked. He also gave us his card so we could call if we had any problems with it. Great customer service!

Marissa was great! She changed out my dead battery and I was ready to go within 20 minutes! They also stand behind their 3 year warranty, which is why we only buy batteries from Battery Outfitters on Race Street here in Jonesboro.

I would have to say .. Marisa went above and beyond for me today. Every employee that came in asked me that I need help with anything, although I already have been taken care of! Great place, very helpful and knowledgeable of their jobs. Going to highly recommend to everyone.!!
